Mediterranean Chicken Kebab Recipes
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m putting together a small collection of Mediterranean-style and Middle Eastern chicken kebab recipes and need a creative food writer or chef to develop them for me. The goal is to cover three cooking methods—grilled, baked, and pan-seared—so that home cooks can prepare juicy, flavour-packed kebabs no matter what equipment they have.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Three complete recipes, one optimised for each cooking method (grilled, baked, pan-seared).
• Clear ingredient lists with precise measurements, plus concise step-by-step instructions that call out any marinating or resting times.
• Brief chef’s notes on flavour variations (herb swaps, spice tweaks, citrus choices) to keep the dishes authentically Mediterranean yet versatile.
• Estimated prep, cook, and total times for each method.
• Serving suggestions and food-safety temperatures.
I prefer the final deliverable as a neatly formatted Google Doc or Word file that I can drop straight into a newsletter, but a clean PDF works too. If you have professional photos of similar dishes or can suggest plating ideas, that’s a welcome bonus, though not mandatory.
Accuracy, clarity, and a friendly tone are key—readers should feel confident they can nail these kebabs on the first try.
I can pay 1000 INR for 4 different kebabs.
