Florida Dietitian Menu Review & Sign-off

Job ID: 39898122

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to examine and officially sign a five-week cycle menu for an assisted-living / senior-living community.

Scope
• Verify overall nutritional balance and confirm the menu meets Florida regulatory dietary guidelines for this care setting.
• Pay special attention to the pureed and finger-food adaptations I’ve prepared; seniors who require modified textures must receive the same nutrient profile as the standard dishes.
• Flag any gaps that could affect diabetic, heart-healthy, or low-sodium needs—even if those items are not primary priorities—so the kitchen can adjust proactively.

Deliverables
1. Written review outlining required or recommended changes (if any) to achieve compliance.
2. Final signed approval letter on your professional letterhead, suitable for state inspection files.
3. Brief nutrient analysis spreadsheet (macro and key micro nutrients per day/week) to document balance.

Timing
I would like your first-pass feedback within one week of project start and the final signed package no later than 3 days after revisions are returned to you.

If you hold an active Florida RD license and have experience with senior-living or long-term-care menus, I’m ready to share the full five-week cycle in PDF and Excel. Let me know your availability and any questions.
