Energizing Meal Plan For Lean Teen
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My 16-year-old daughter is very lean, juggles a heavy school workload, and has begun skipping meals because the food at home no longer excites her. I want a licensed or certified nutritionist to help us restore her energy levels through food she will actually eat. She has no allergies or dietary restrictions, so you’ll have full flexibility with ingredients. Her hair is getting lean. Looking for nutrition help in improving this also. Please don't post bids if you don't have educational background in nutrition
What I need from you
• A four-week menu built around fast, tasty home-cooked meals (ideally 20 minutes or less) and nutritious, truly grab-and-go snacks she can slip into her backpack.
• Simple recipes with adolescent-friendly flavors, clear portion sizes, and the nutritional breakdown for each dish.
• A streamlined grocery list organized by supermarket section, plus tips for batch prep so busy weeknights stay stress-free.
• Practical advice to reduce meal-skipping—hydration cues, appetite-building strategies, and quick fixes for mornings when she “isn’t hungry.”
• One round of revisions after we test the first week, so we can fine-tune anything she still pushes aside.
Acceptance criteria
The plan must cover daily macro and micro-nutrient needs for an active teenage girl, keep total prep time reasonable for a working parent, and present food in a way that feels interesting, colorful, and portable.
If you’ve helped teens before or have creative ideas for making wholesome food appealing to picky eaters, I’d love to see a brief sample menu or success story with your bid.
