About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Saudi-based Arabic Content & Community Lead to grow our wellness app beneFIT in Saudi Arabia. ⚠️ This is a long-term role (not freelance / not one-off projects).
We are looking for someone who can commit consistently (25–30 hours/week). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining:
Community management
Content creation for social media ( Reels, posts, stories, etc)
Localization & cultural adaptation
Key Responsibilities
1) Community Engagement & Moderation
- Manage and moderate user-generated content (posts, comments, challenges)
- Actively engage with users: reply, motivate, and celebrate progress
- Proactively re-engage inactive users
2) Content Creation (Core Focus)
- Create original Arabic content (fitness, nutrition, wellness, habits)
-Write in a natural Saudi tone (no literal translations)
- Produce short-form videos (Reels / TikTok style) — on-camera presence required
- Adapt global content into locally relevant messaging
3) Social Media Execution
-Create and publish content consistently
-Support growth of beneFIT’s presence in Saudi Arabia
- Follow trends and adapt them to wellness challenges
4) Localization & Internal Support
-Translate and adapt content English ↔ Arabic
- Provide feedback to improve product-market fit in Saudi Arabia
Requirements (Strict)
1. Saudi-based & native Arabic (Saudi dialect mandatory)
2. Available 25–30 hours/week consistently (long-term commitment)
3. Good working level of English
3- 2–4 years experience in: Content creation, community management, or social media
4. Comfortable creating video content and speaking on camera
5. Strong Arabic writing skills (engaging, natural, non-corporate tone)
6. Able to work independently with high ownership
Nice to Have
1- Background or strong interest in fitness, wellness, or nutrition
2- Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
3- Experience working with apps, startups, or digital products
