Uplift Notion Pages design and layout

I have Notion pages with minimal layout and design efforts. I would like someone who's done multiple Notion pages before to uplift our current pages. I have designers and video editors who can be asked to do designs based on what the contractor suggests.

I'm looking for someone professional and highly experienced in Notion page optimization, Layout, Design, and customization.
