Trello to Notion Migration

Job ID: 40546050

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need help moving a sizeable Trello setup—more than seven project-management boards—into a single, well-structured Notion workspace. Each board holds ongoing and future home stagng projects, so the move has to keep every photo, notes and the detailed furniture lists attached to the cards.

Here is what I’m picturing:
• A dedicated Notion database (or linked databases if you prefer) representing each original board, with the same column flow so my team’s habits aren’t disrupted.
• All card images preserved in-line or as file attachments, grouped exactly where they belong.
• Furniture lists transferred into a clear property or sub-page so they remain searchable and easy to edit.
• A call and session or two showing me how everything maps between the two tools.

You’re free to use Notion’s native Trello import, third-party scripts, or a manual rebuild—whatever you feel ensures accuracy. I’ll provide Trello access and brand-new Notion workspace credentials as soon as we agree on the plan.

If this sounds straightforward to you, let me know your timeline and how you like to structure checkpoints so I can review each migrated board before we move on to the next.
