Remote Team Assembly & Management
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m running several concurrent projects on Freelancer and want to hand the people-side over to a dedicated manager for around 20 hours each week. Your core mandate is to build and steer a balanced team that combines strong technical know-how, fresh creative thinking and reliable management discipline.
What the role covers
• Hiring & onboarding – source the right specialists, screen them, negotiate terms and bring them up to speed without slowing the schedule.
• Task assignment & monitoring – translate my high-level briefs into clear, trackable tasks, set milestones inside the Freelancer platform and keep momentum steady.
• Communication & reporting – act as the single point of contact, send concise weekly updates (progress, blockers, budget burn) and flag risks early.
Success to me looks like a fully staffed team that hits deadlines and requires minimal oversight on my end. Please quote your monthly fee for the 20-hour-per-week commitment and, in your bid, explain why your approach will achieve this outcome efficiently—previous remote team builds, relevant tools you rely on (e.g., Trello, Jira, Slack, Notion), or any process frameworks you prefer are all helpful to mention.
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right manager.
