Freelance Digital Product Designer (Notion / Google Sheets / PDF Templates) — for Pranaos
About Pranaos:
Pranaos is a digital marketplace for premium productivity tools — helping creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals stay organized with beautiful digital products.
We’re expanding our product collection and looking for creative freelancers who can design Notion templates, Google Sheets tools, and PDF planners in a clean, modern style.
Project Overview
We’re building a library of 300 digital products:
100 Notion templates
100 Google Sheets templates
100 PDF templates
You can choose your area of strength (e.g. Notion only, Sheets only, or PDFs only).
Payment & Work Terms
Notion template: $30 each
Google Sheets template: $30 each
PDF design: $20 each
Workload: ~5 templates per week (any combination)
Payment Schedule: Every 15 days (biweekly) after approval
Mode: Freelancer/Upwork milestones (secure payments)
You’ll be paid for each approved template within your biweekly milestone.
What You’ll Create
Examples of what we need:
Notion: project planner, content calendar, CRM, life dashboard, startup tracker
Sheets: budget tracker, business finance sheet, affiliate performance tracker, KPI dashboard
PDFs: digital journal, printable planner, daily habit tracker, goal-setting sheet
Each template should be original, functional, and visually aligned with the Pranaos brand.
Design Style & Brand
Clean, minimalist layout with good UX
Font: Poppins / Inter (or similar modern typefaces)
Use subtle gradients or pastel color accents
Include light branding footer/header for Pranaos (we’ll provide logo & palette)
Deliverables
Each product should include:
The final template file (Notion link / Google Sheet / PDF export)
A short product description (2–3 lines)
A preview image or screenshot for listing display
Expectations
5 products per week (flexible mix between Notion, Sheets, PDFs)
Must ensure original content — no resale or reuse from other sources
Feedback-based revisions may be required before approval

Creative, reliable, and organized
Understands productivity workflows, business tools, and digital product UX
