Notion Festival Schedule Setup

I need a clean, share-ready Notion workspace that lets our charity plan and run the upcoming music festival entirely around event scheduling. The heart of the build is an artist schedule presented in an easy-to-read weekly view so the team, performers, and volunteers can see who is on which stage at a glance.

What I have in mind is a relational database driving a calendar view filtered to “Artists” entries, complete with time slots, stage/location fields, and quick links to each act’s tech rider and contact details. Drag-and-drop rescheduling, colour-coded stages, and simple search filters should make last-minute changes painless. If you can weave in reminder notifications for critical milestones or sound-check windows, that would be a bonus, but the core deliverable is the weekly artist schedule itself.

Deliverables
• A Notion template (database + calendar) configured for weekly artist scheduling
• Sample data for at least one full festival week to demonstrate functionality
• Short Loom or written walkthrough so any volunteer can maintain it afterwards

Acceptance criteria: the weekly calendar must display all sample acts without scrolling on a standard laptop screen, allow one-click edits, and automatically update related views when an act’s time or stage changes.

No task management or document storage pieces are required beyond what supports the schedule, though the setup should leave room to expand if we decide to add those later.
