Project Overview
I am an entrepreneur and investor who owns multiple operating companies, real estate investments, and other business interests. I am looking for an experienced Notion consultant to build the framework for a comprehensive Family Office / CEO Operating System.
This project is focused on system architecture, database design, and workflow development—not data entry.
The objective is to create a professional operating system that enables executive oversight of multiple companies while centralizing projects, meetings, tasks, investments, documents, and decision-making.

All development should be completed using placeholder companies, sample data, and generic examples. Real financial information, contracts, employee information, strategic plans, and other confidential business data will be added after the project is completed.

Your experience building complex relational databases in Notion.
Project Approach
I expect this to be a collaborative project. I already have a clear vision for the operating system and am looking for someone to translate that vision into a polished, scalable Notion workspace.
I am not looking for someone to redesign my business processes. I am looking for a highly skilled Notion builder who can execute a well-defined vision.
Future Work
If this project is successful, there will likely be additional work involving new dashboards, automations, reporting tools, and continued enhancements to the workspace.
