Notion CRM–Google Workspace Sync

I need a Notion database that doubles as our team-wide collaboration hub and full-featured CRM. The workspace has to cover three functional pillars:

• Contact management – clear profiles, interaction history, and segmented views.
• Sales pipeline – custom stages, weighted forecasting, and quick drag-and-drop movement.
• Task management – per-client to-dos, recurring reminders, and kanban or timeline views.

Everything should stay in lock-step with Google Workspace. That means:
• Events created or updated in Notion reflect automatically in Google Calendar and vice-versa.
• File links roll in from the correct Google Drive folders without manual uploads.
• Client-specific email threads from Gmail surface inside the relevant Notion records.

I already have Google Workspace active; you handle the Notion build-out, the Google API connections (Zapier, Make.com, or native Notion automations—whichever is most reliable), and basic user documentation so my small team can start collaborating on day one.

Acceptance criteria
1. Database template delivered in my Notion account, fully functional and visually organized.
2. Real-time or near-real-time two-way sync set up for Calendar, Drive, and Gmail.
3. Walk-through video or concise PDF explaining how to add contacts, progress deals through the pipeline, and manage tasks.

Once these three boxes are checked and tested with a sample client record, the project is complete.
