Dynamic Page Title Prefilling in Notion for OKR System
I have an Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) system set up in Notion. It is broken down as follows:
• Objective (O1, O2, etc.), See attached: 1-OKR-Objective (O).png
• Key Results (KR1, KR2, etc) within each objective, See attached: 2-OKR-KeyResults (KR).png
• Project (P 1.1, P 1.2, etc.) inside of each KR where P 1.1 is the first project inside KR1 and P 2.2 is the second project inside KR2, etc. , See attached: 3-OKR-Projects (P).png
• Task (T1, T2, etc.) inside of each Project where T1 is the first task in the project and T2 is the second task in the Project, etc. , See attached: 4-Tasks (T).png
The scope of the project is as follows:
1. Make all the Tasks appear in the “Task List – General” database
2. When I create a new Objective I would like the New Page Title to be prefilled with “Ox – “, where the X is the next Objective number in the sequence.
3. When I create a new KR I want the New Page Title to be prefilled with “ Ox – KRy – “, where the Ox is the Objective this KR falls under and the KRy is the next KR number in the sequence under this objective.
4. When I create a new Project (P) I want the New Page Title to be prefilled with “Ox – KRy – Pz – “, where the Ox is the Objective this KR falls under and the KRy is the KRy is the KR that this project falls under and the Pz is the next project number under this KR, etc.
5. When I create a new Task I want the New Page Title to be prefilled with “Ox – KRy – Pz – Ta - “, where the Ox is the Objective this KR falls under and the KRy is the KRy is the KR that this project falls under, the Pz is the Project this Task falls under and the Ta is the next Task number under this Project, etc.
