Fix Notion Invoice Calculations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building an Invoice and Line Items system in Notion but am struggling to get the calculations working as intended. The Relation between the Invoices and Line Items databases is set up, and line items are properly linked to each invoice. However, the Subtotal, Tax Amount, and Final Total fields aren’t updating automatically when new data is entered in the Line Items.
Here’s what I’m looking for help with:
- Fixing the Rollup and Formula fields so that calculations work automatically, including Subtotal (based on Line Item totals), Tax Amount, and Final Total.
- Ensuring that the Total in each invoice correctly adds the Subtotal and Tax Amount fields.
- Optionally, if possible, assisting with the creation of a simple Notion form for easily generating new invoices.
