Feature Rich Notion Project Hub
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I’m setting up a comprehensive project-management workspace in Notion and want an expert to plan, build and refine it so my team can hit the ground running. The focus is on three core capabilities: robust task tracking, truly collaborative workspaces where multiple stakeholders can contribute in real time, and clear timeline views that let us spot bottlenecks at a glance.
Because I prefer a detailed, feature-rich environment, the space should go well beyond a simple Kanban board. I’m looking for nested databases, filtered dashboards, roll-ups, linked views, task-to-goal relationships, and neatly organised knowledge snippets that live alongside active projects. Thoughtful database architecture, date formulas, and Notion’s newer timeline and team-space functions should all come into play, and I’m open to custom icons, colour-coding and advanced automation through Notion buttons or the API if it keeps the interface clean and intuitive.
Please provide:
• A fully configured Notion workspace (or template) with task, project and resource databases already related and test-populated
• Timeline, calendar and board views for each project, plus a high-level portfolio dashboard that aggregates status and upcoming milestones
• Ready-to-use collaboration pages—including meeting notes, decision logs and handoff checklists—linked back to the relevant tasks automatically
• A short Loom or written walkthrough explaining the structure so my team can maintain it confidently
Delivery will be approved once the workspace works end-to-end without broken references, all views load in under two seconds on desktop, and sample automations trigger correctly. If this sounds like your sweet spot in Notion, let’s talk timing and hand-over details.
