The goal is to bring project management, client information, and team collaboration under one roof, so everyone from interns to senior architects knows exactly where to find what they need.
Here’s what the build should cover:
• A set of relational databases for projects, clients, and internal resources that link together seamlessly, complete with gallery and timeline views for quick executive overviews.
• Task-tracking that updates in real time, with calendar-synchronized deadlines and automatic status roll-ups to each project page.
• File management blocks that let us pin drawings, PDFs, and site photos right where we discuss them, without losing our existing folder structure in Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Custom dashboards for management, project leads, and individual contributors, so each user lands on a page tailored to their daily workflow.
