Project Overview
I need a Notion expert to build a custom template for my construction company. The system should let me track active jobs and automatically roll up performance by crew. I want the template delivered in my workspace so it’s ready to use without me having to wire formulas/relations myself.
Requirements
Two linked databases:
1. Active Jobs with these fields:
Lot Number (number)
Subdivision (text)
Framing Crew (relation)
Amount Billed to GC (number/currency)
Amount Paid to Crew (number/currency)
Gross Profit (formula = Billed – Paid)
2. Crew Performance with these fields:
Crew (title)
Jobs (relation to Active Jobs)
Jobs Completed (rollup → count)
Total Paid (rollup → sum)
Average Job Value (rollup → average)
Gross Profits (rollup → sum)
Each crew’s totals should update automatically when new jobs are added.
Grand totals (sum/average) should appear at the bottom of each column.
Clean, easy-to-use layout that looks like a dashboard.
Optional: Views grouped by crew, and a summary of subdivision performance.
Deliverables
Fully functional Notion template in my workspace.
A short Loom/video walkthrough or text guide showing me how to add new jobs and crews.
