Custom Client-Specific Pricing Display on Website

I have about 40 products, and want to be able to Kjell link or have a customer login to my Squarespace website or you can tell me which software can be used for the following, where you set it up for me:
Potential customer is able to see the price list per product, based on the markup that I set from my own costs, indicating until when the prices are valid, when it becomes invalid, no prices are shown.
I would like to be able to massively be able to offer a pricing list, too many potential customers. Approximately 100.
