I will provide a complete 30+ page Word document specification that contains everything you need to build the template. The spec includes:

Full page hierarchy for all 27 pages
13 databases with every property name, type, and configuration
All view configurations (table, board, calendar, gallery) with filters and sorts
17 formulas written out exactly as they need to be entered
5 rollup configurations with source databases and calculation methods
All two-way relation setups between databases
Sample data for every database (87 sample entries total) so the template demonstrates the system
Every word of customer-facing content for the 14 content pages (no writing or copywriting required from you)
Design and aesthetic direction (colors, icons, tone)
Final deliverables checklist for your own QA before submission

Your scope of work:

Build the entire template in a Notion workspace (you can build in your own workspace and transfer ownership to me, or I can provide workspace access)
Create all 27 pages with the correct nesting structure
Build all 13 databases with the exact properties, types, options, formulas, and rollups specified
Configure all views (approximately 50+ views across the databases) with filters, sorts, and visible properties as specified
Set up two-way relations between databases
Add all sample data exactly as written in the spec
Paste all customer-facing content from the spec into the corresponding pages
Add emoji icons and cover images to all pages
Publish the main page to the web with template duplication enabled
Test the duplicate link in an incognito window to confirm everything copies correctly
Record a 5–7 minute Loom video walking through the finished template

Final deliverables:

Public Notion duplicate link (tested and working)
Loom walkthrough video
Confirmation that all items in the spec's QA checklist have been completed

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience building Notion templates (please link 2–3 examples in your proposal)
Strong understanding of Notion databases, formulas, rollups, and relations
Ability to follow detailed specifications precisely without improvising
