Architecture procedure template

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to create and refine a Architecture Procedure Template for me. I need the template to include the Construction Process, and I have an existing Design Process that needs to be completed. I would like the template to be moderately detailed with general guidelines, but not too highly detailed with step-by-step instructions. The successful freelancer will be experienced in architecture procedures and creating templates, and be able to provide a finished product in a timely manner.
