Telegram Bot with NoSQL Integration

I need a Telegram bot written in Python, ideally with the Aiogram framework, that stores and retrieves data from a NoSQL back-end such as MongoDB or Redis. A robust database connection is the only non-negotiable feature; everything else—commands, automations, or even a simple chat flow—can stay minimal for now as long as the code is clean, modular, and easy to extend later.

Please build the bot so it:

• Connects securely to my chosen NoSQL database and handles basic CRUD operations
• Responds quickly to user messages and gracefully manages errors
• Includes concise in-line documentation plus a short README explaining local setup and deployment

Deliver the full, runnable source code and any environment files (Dockerfile or requirements.txt) so I can spin it up on my own server.
