Project Overview:
Attendspark is seeking an experienced Firebase developer to build and configure Firebase Cloud Functions, Authentication, and additional features for our web/mobile app. We need a skilled freelancer to deliver secure, scalable solutions remotely.
Key Tasks:
Set up and deploy Firebase Cloud Functions using JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) for backend logic.
Implement Firebase Authentication with email/password, Google, and other sign-in methods, including role-based access control and security features.
Integrate additional Firebase services like Firestore/Realtime Database, Firebase Cloud Messaging, or Analytics as needed.
Ensure secure code with Firebase Security Rules and optimize for performance.
Test using Firebase Local Emulator Suite and collaborate with our team for seamless integration.
Required Skills:
Proven expertise with Firebase (Cloud Functions, Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database).
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js); Python knowledge is a plus.
Experience with secure authentication systems and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with REST APIs and Firebase integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and remote collaboration ability.
Portfolio with Firebase projects preferred.
