build data intelligence platform

need someone who have experience with big data, the dataset is about 2GB(in json format, multiple files), and another over 25GB(in mongodb), I need to create a data dashboard, to be able to filter data, and show the data, for example: filter based on category, and it will show the result based on the filter, it can filter multiple fields, user can analyze the data, showing in different charts, and geographic, you can use existing framework or library, it needs to deploy on the cloud, but needs to be cost efficiency, user can register with different privillage, which means it can query certain numbers of data per day, or per month.
