ReTool Developer (Postgesql w/ Hubspot Data)

We are looking for an expert with Retool.
I have already signed up for Database tools for past projects that includes:
MongoDB + Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL)
I am new to SQL but I have a lot of experience working with, hiring and managing remote workers and teams and to my knowledge have 99% ranking.
What we are looking for:
We have a number of Custom Objects in hubspot that we can sync with a Database using Sequin.
We want to use that to build a number of custom workflow "Dashboards" of sorts in a roofing and solar company, maybe you would call it a CRUD web app.
The way we picture if is there are specialized jobs in the company.
People who make requests to subcontractors for quotes
People who manage meeting the terms of commercial construction contracts.
In it's simplest terms people need to access lists of 50-60 deals, or tickets, or custom object "Requests" in hubspot that need an employee to do one or two quick tasks, before handing it on to the next person.
We have mapped all of it out, and currently it can be done in hubspot but requires a lot of
"clicking in and out" of the UI to get the data, and manipulate it.
We think this is a perfect application for ReTool.
THE PROBLEM:
When we set up Sequin, connect to Retool, we under estimate the difficulty of SQL and although we are excited by technology and can usually figure things out, we would love to work with an expert and collapse the time frames.
The ideal applicant would like to build it with us, over zoom, and allow us to learn a little bit along the way. We are very understanding, accommodating and try to be the best client you have ever worked for.
