Optimize my environment for big data

I have an 800 GB ~ JSON export. I already imported this data to MongoDB, however when I try to run a query MongoDB & Atlas crashes. I looking for someone to help me run a query on this database. You can use Anydesk or Teamviewer.
My environment:
- Windows 10 Pro
- 128 GB DDR4 Ram
- AMD Ryzen 9 16 Core Processor
- 10 TB External Harddisk & 2 TB Internal SSD NVMe Harddisk
