Skills/Experience:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
- Experience in developing advanced backend frameworks
- Familiarity with complex backend architecture and design patterns

Requirements:
- Develop a node-based backend framework with advanced features and functionality
- Must be able to handle complex backend processes and data manipulation
- Implement advanced security measures and authentication systems
- Integrate with various APIs and databases
- Optimize performance and scalability of the framework
- Provide documentation and support for future maintenance and updates
- Framework using design patterns
- Adhere to coding conventions and source folder tree
- Generate functions and log files for easy debugging
- Unit tests (not required)
- Add hacking security related technology
- Simplified connectivity to multiple database types and query processing (MongoDB, Redis, MSSQL)
- If the program crashes, the program will automatically restart and leave a log of the crash.
