Need Backend Developed for Ionic 6 / Angular app with Capacitor

Hello,
I need someone to build the backend for my frontend code for a hybrid app using Ionic 6 and Angular with Capacitor. The app uses the new Capacitor google Maps plugin. The app will require user registration, push notifications, user profile details (add, edit, delete), and one Form (includes text, time stamp data, google maps information,).
If you are interested in creating the backend for me and working with me as I build out the frontend, then please answer the following questions:
1. What backend to recommend we use, and why
1.5 - Where do you recommend we host the database? Digital Ocean, Firebase, Supabase, AWS? What are you most comfortable with basically.
2. How many hours do you estimate for basic user authentication, basic user profile edit with avatar, basic form (15 lines of text and select options, basic data collection) with edit, delete ?
You can give a range for the hours estimate, such as 15 to 25 (depending on XYZ reason).
