Mongodb migration from compose.com to anotherr

I need to move a mongodb from compose.com since they are closing service in a few days. We have a really small mongodb footprint there. sub 1gb sort of db. I need help finding a new host and then moving it. Ideally we can keep a similar version of mongo so we dont need to update the application using it. here are some details for you

in the db instance we have 2 databases one for prod and one for dev

finally here you can see the collections and also get a sense of the size. its small

the goal would be to backup and move this to a new host. We should move both the prod and db databases and then i will need new connection strings so i can update our application to us it. I will also rely on you to help find a new managed host that can support the db ideally without major upgrades to the version

ideally we can start and finish in a day. I dont suspect this will take a ton of time.
