Migrate MongoDB to PostgreSQL -- 2

We are currently using Mongo Atlas for our database and we want to migrate to PostgreSQL on AWS RDS. We need someone to design architecture for the new database, and then start a migration. We plan for this to take several months. Our backend is in nodejs and we would need to run both databases concurrently until the migration is fully done. We need an EXPERT in this field.
