KYC Data Collection with OCR (Tight budget + Time) -- 2

I need a KYC data collection tool that includes profile pictures and OCR features to read government ID cards (Driver's License, Passport, National ID Card). The IDs need to be stored in a database.

Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript
- Backend: Express, MongoDB, S3 + Swagger

Requirements:
- Multi-language support for OCR (Languages to be decided)
- Coding standards must be followed
- Use my VSCode workspace for coding
- No personal GitHub accounts allowed

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript
- Proficient in Express, MongoDB, and S3
- Strong understanding of OCR technologies
- Familiarity with KYC compliance and data security
