I'm seeking an experienced team for developing a comprehensive mobile app (for both Android & iOS) and a corresponding website, utilizing React Native, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL. This platform is centered around modern agricultural solutions, featuring:

- IoT-based farm monitoring & automation: Including soil moisture monitoring, automated irrigation, and weather data tracking.
- An organic inputs marketplace.
- A farm-to-market platform.
- Carbon footprint tracking capabilities.

Key requirements for this project include:
- A clean, intuitive, mobile-friendly UI/UX.
- Implementation of data encryption & role-based access control for security.
- Integration of PayPal as the payment gateway.

Deliverables will be a fully functional app & website, along with an admin dashboard & API documentation. The job will also involve testing, debugging, and deployment.
