Elasticsearch Dynamic Search Form Development

I'm looking for an **Elasticsearch expert** to develop a **dynamic form-based search functionality** sourced from MongoDB.

### Key Requirements:

* Auto-complete suggestions
* Advanced filters (AND/OR conditions, date ranges, multiple field types)
* Real-time search results
* Real-time search index updates from MongoDB to Elasticsearch
* Front-end implementation using **ASP.NET Core (C#)** and **JavaScript**
* MongoDB → Elasticsearch sync will be done using **Estuary Flow** (must know how to structure compatible data for syncing and searching)

### Ideal Skills:

* Proficiency in **Elasticsearch** (including query DSL, custom analyzers, index templates, mapping strategies)
* Hands-on experience with **MongoDB**, especially schema design for search purposes
* Experience with **Estuary Flow** (or similar streaming ETL tools); understanding of how to flatten or transform nested MongoDB data for Elasticsearch
* Familiarity with **ASP.NET Core (C#)** and **JavaScript** for integrating real-time search on the frontend
* Solid understanding of real-time data processing, denormalization, and maintaining search performance
* Ability to implement flexible, dynamic search UIs with configurable fields (based on FormID or custom schema)
