Develop a web application for existing database in Mongodb

Currently, we have a web admin application but have bugs, we would like to build a new one from the beginning for the options having issues (bugs). We can deliver the existing source code, to be reviewed for an alternative solution. We are using AWS and Scalegrid.
We are looking for a full-time developer if it's possible.
