Deploy NodeJS, React, MongoDB App -- 2

I need assistance deploying a local NodeJS, React, and MongoDB app onto a production server for $5/month or less. Railway.com is preferred, but I'm open to alternatives.

Requirements include:
- Get the local app running smoothly on the server
- Configure and deploy NodeJS, React, and MongoDB
- Set up my Namecheap domain with the hosting platform

Ideal Skills and Experience:
