Build me a geospatial interface and database with mongodb

Using google maps as a reference, i want to be able put pin on a few locations.
When i click on the pin, i should be able to:
1. Upload a few images
2. add reviews and comments
3. Edit my post

when i hover on the pin, i should be able to see:
1. the favorite picture and the overall ratings in form of popup

Admins:
1. able to add more pins/ locations or change the pins
2. view the collection of pictures uploaded by multiple users
