Build datastorage

Hello !
We need to build a data storage.
We have couple files ( in total 2TB ) with database informations. We need to be able to search easily into those data.
At the moment, we have a big server to store all those files and MongoDB database.
I need you to suggest the best setup to handle this.
We won't need to call the file everyday so it does not need to be real time usage but we need to be able to call to get data to build API for example.
