Build me an app + web (admin panel)

I want to build an app (android+ios) and web (admin panel)
The project is about reuseable cups used in cafe.
More details are listed in the document.
Documents needed:
- SRS development document
- Data flow
- Description of the development code (Explanation)

Development languages:
- webfront : react
- back end : node.js ( do not use php )
- mobile : react-native
- DB: mongDB, maria DB, Mysql (mssql is not preferred)
- Server: AWS
