Baytix MVP Development – Web & Mobile Full-Stack Project
We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to build the MVP for Baytix, a web and mobile platform that allows users to upload indoor LiDAR-based 3D scans and receive AI-generated interior design recommendations.
Core Functionality:
3D Viewer: Integrate with [Three.js or Potree.js] to support rendering of .ply/.las/.pcd files. Users can interact via drag, zoom, and pinch (desktop & mobile).
User Authentication: Implement secure login/registration (OAuth2, Firebase Auth, or AWS Cognito).
Scan Upload & Theme Selection: Users upload 3D scans, select from predefined design themes (furniture and lighting mapped by taxonomy).
Furniture Management System: Frontend to dynamically replace/swap furniture in the 3D scene. Fetch item data from a theme-tagged NoSQL/relational DB (MongoDB/PostgreSQL preferred).

Individual and bulk pricing.
Cart & discount logic.
Secure payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Auto-generate Purchase Orders (POs) and email them to vendors.
Vendor Portal: Vendor login with access to update product catalog, stock status, and base pricing.
Admin Dashboard: Full CRUD control over users, files, vendor margins, theme templates, and order management. (Tech stack: Next.js Admin UI / Strapi / React Admin / Firebase Console)
