Angular Expert needed to Migrate Build process to AWS server

We are a California based Mobile/Web app studio and we build all of our WebApp using Angular.
We are looking for an EXPERT Angular developer to provide consulting to our team in building the WebApp on the AWS server using CICD process. We are also looking to review the code base and provide recommendations for improvements.
