I need a nft developer

I am looking for a market place just like open sea. We do require: 1) letting the artist have a royalty commission aspect for each secondary market sales. 2) We obviously also need to be able to charge a fee for not minting but each sale and purchase of NFTs. 3) We would like users to be able to have an online account where they are to populate with data that they feel comfortable with such as name etc.
