Upgrading a NFT Smart Contract

I recently launched a collection of NFTs in OpenSea through a Smart Contract following some tutorials, however the total number of NFTs were not published. Out of 3000 only 100 were uploaded.

I did some research and you can modify using the OpenZeppelin Upgrades Plugins.

I would like to update the Smart Contract to have the full collection.
