Render and remodel my character

I have made a render for my NFT project but it looks a bit off. I have attached mine render and a render of what I want it to look like. After project is done I want the files as blender file so I can reuse it later. Also, you can do remodelling of the project as per your needs and will be rewarded extra for those efforts. I want to look my render as top class professional.
As currently I am asking for only rendering so I have kept price low, but we can hire you to redesign the project and can accordingly.
