Opensea NFT Bid Offer software - Scan wallets that has accepted bids recently and bids on their items

I am after a program that scans recent opensea sales, determines which wallets have accepted offers/bids below the collection floor price.
Program will then bid on all their NFTs based on certain criteria below the floor price.
If the bids are accepted the program will automatically relist the NFTs for sale.
Once the NFT is sold the program will convert the ETH back to WETH
The program should run in autopilot once it’s been set up
