Need a simple lotto browser game for NFT's

I need a game made that shows nft's racing on a track, no animations required. The finishing order will be determined by chance. Players need to be able to enter the race by paying Solana and the race will start once 10 entrants have signed up. See attachment for a basic shot of what I want it to look similar too.
