NFT system design specialist

We are looking for someone who can make a draft System design on paper for an NFT project. We need the draft as part of a proposal we are pushing for an NFT project, so you don't need to code anything. Based on an executive summary, it is only a structure on paper for how the system could be designed in terms of security, layers, programming languages, etc. The goal is to make a dAPP NFT solution. We normally write these proposals ourselves, but because of time-constrains we want to outsource it.
