NFT project deployment -- 2

Hello, I am an artist who has completed all of the digital artwork for my NFT project. I have generated 4999 random images, uploaded the meta data, and downloaded the images to ipfs. I also have additional JSON files and other materials that will be discussed later on. I have gotten stuck when trying to create my contracts and upload to opensea. I am looking for someone experienced in blockchain who has launched an NFT project before and knows the how to launch in the project correctly in the most cost-effective way. I am looking to launch my project on opensea in either Ethereum or Solana.
