NFT project deployment

Hello, I am a graphic artist who has completed all of the art for my NFT project. I have generated 4999 images uploaded those images to IPFS and downloaded meta data. I have Json files and other materials as well that I can go over in further discussions. I have gotten stuck when it comes to deploying my contracts and uploading to open sea and I am looking for someone who can help me overcome these last finishing steps so I can launch my project. I am looking to launch my project in either Ethereum or Solana. I am looking for someone who has experience in having launched an NFT collection who can help me find the best cost affordable method too correctly launching my collection.
