3D NFT designers needed for ongoing work

Hi,

We are a marketing and communication company building a team of NFT collection designers. We will pay for and take care of ALL marketing, promotion and customer service and forward all orders to the designers on our team.

What we need:
- Creativity and lots of it. You should be able to create amazing characters in 3D.
- High quality traits
- Coming up with traits
- Experience with making NFTs is a must.
- Output formats: source files + PNG files + Organized image folder with traits + excel sheet with overview of traits
- Unlimited revisions on the character and traits until the client is satisfied
- We will own the full rights of illustrations you make for us.

1. Do you have experience with making 3D NFT characters?
2. Can you send us a link to your character portfolio (not your general design portfolio but 3D NFT characters specifically)
3. Can you create a character in 2-3 days (24 hours for the base sketch + 1-2 days for the final colored file)?
4. Do you agree to a rate of $75-$100 for the character and $5 per trait ($350-$1000 for 70-200 traits).
5. We will offer all our clients a free upfront black and white sketch of their character. Are you willing to produce a free upfront sketch to attract clients?
6. We need promotion material. Are you willing to create one promo character incl. 4 variations for us to promote?
