I need someone who can create an illustration of the attached watch image:

You must be able to create it in layers and hyper detailed in a cartoon format
The drawing style is attached (bored ape theme).
A wrist shot drawing is required in 3000x3000 px. This is the shot of the watch and the hand with a shirt.
You must also know how to use Visual Studio in order to create the different number of variations. I believe there will be around 5000 variations.
This will be an NFT collection where the following will change:
- hand
- watch
- face of the watch
- shirt
you must be highly skilled in illustration and be able to meet the above requirements.
