Idle NFT Game Website for OpenSea NFT’s

I’m looking for a developer that can build a working idle game for my NFT project for my collection hosted on OpenSea over the MATIC network or on my website have the ability to mint my NFT’s without paying a setup fee. I want my community to have the ability to view their NFT’s they hold and see a countdown timer and have the ability to mint a random NFT when that timer ends. I want it to be 2 weeks for the timer. Each NFT a person holds I want it to be able to countdown by 1+ second for each NFT a person holds.
