Discord and telegram community manager.

Hi,
We are looking for a community manager for a new NFT Collection. We need 2-4 people that can do the community part.That means create The discord and telegram channels,and grow them up from 0 ,keep them active and interactive. Obviously we will provide all media material that needs,and they will be part of our team participating at the reunions, with their ideas and opinions.
It will be something like 1 month work . Budget for the community team 2 - 2.5 k $.
We are looking for someone who speaks Italian,or Romanian or Russian, and also he/she must speak obviously English.
